Dreamlink Global · Seed Round

Orbis.
An AI chief of staff
for your whole team.

We built it because we needed it. It's been running our company for months. Now we're rolling it out.

01
The daily reality of any ops team

Every relationship-heavy business pays this tax. It gets worse as you grow. Nobody has actually solved it.

01
The real problem

What if your ChatGPT
talked to your work chat?

Oh no.

That's the reflex. AI today is solo by design: private chatbot, single user, one conversation at a time. The moment you picture it crossing into a group chat, it feels cursed. Every SaaS company dodged this entirely. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Notion just bolted a sidebar chatbot onto the same old software.

Orbis is the thing that shouldn't exist. AI that lives inside your team chats, your Slack channels, and your stakeholder threads, safely. We built it AI-native from the ground up, with containers, permissions, and trust gates. That's the product.

02
Built from the inside

We built Orbis for ourselves first.

Dreamlink Global runs a talent agency, a $100M investment fund, a luxury travel concierge, and a nonprofit. 15 people, hundreds of relationships. We needed an AI that could actually run operations, not just answer questions.

Orbis lives in our WhatsApp, our Slack, and our dashboard. It tracks every deal, every task, every follow-up. It knows who said what, where, and when, and it doesn't drop things.

02
Orbis in action

One message. Everything handled.

You
Just got off the call with Sakura. They're interested in a 6-month partnership, $150K. Can you create the deal and remind me to follow up Thursday?
Orbis
Done.

1. Deal created: Sakura Partnership, $150K, stage: lead. Dashboard updated.
2. Reminder set: follow-up Thursday 10am.
3. Team notified in #partnerships on Slack.
4. Stakeholders looped in: Mika (proposal lead) and Yuki (legal) briefed in DM.
5. Prep brief drafted for Thursday, ready to review.

Want me to assign the proposal to Mika?

One message updates everything. The CRM, the team channel, the stakeholder DMs, the dashboard, the calendar. All from one sentence. Nobody re-types, nobody re-asks, nothing falls through.

03
Category

Multiplayer AI.
Not another chatbot.

Orbis works across your entire team, in group chats, between departments, across channels. One brain that knows what everyone is working on and keeps it all connected.

One Brain

Tell Orbis on WhatsApp, it shows on Slack and the dashboard. One source of truth.

Group Aware

Orbis understands team dynamics. What's said in a group stays in that group unless you say otherwise.

Always Following Up

Overdue tasks get nudged. Stale deals get flagged. Nothing slips through.

03
Market

Relationship-heavy teams
with no operating layer.

$47B CRM market, 2025. All static.
$200B+ Knowledge-worker coordination tax

Initial wedge: talent agencies, investment funds, family offices, management firms, concierges. Small teams, high-value relationships, no ops layer.

Expansion: every professional services business that runs on people and relationships. Legal, consulting, PE, entertainment, sports, hospitality.

03
Traction

Live, proven, selling.

04
Team

Second-time founder.
Built in production, not in a lab.

Orbis has been running in production for months, handling real operations, real money, and real stakes. Thousands of real conversations. Every edge case you can think of: timezone mistakes, information leaking across group chats, social dynamics between stakeholders. We've hit them all and built the protocol to handle them.

Let's build it

Life's too short
to keep updating dashboards.

This isn't a chatbot. It's how a small team runs a large, relationship-heavy business without drowning. We built it for ourselves, we use it every day, and now we're rolling it out.

Join the round.
